1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the COACHIEZ platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

We may, at our discretion, update or revise these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility to Use the Platform

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You also agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may create an account on the Platform by providing a valid email address or by registering via Gmail, Facebook, or manual signup. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account by protecting your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at office@coachiez.com.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations. You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times.

4. Subscription Plans

Upon registration, users can select a subscription plan that grants access to specific features of the Platform. Your subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our subscription plans at any time. In the event of a price increase, we will provide advance notice via email. Any changes in pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for subscription services is processed through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you agree to pay all charges associated with your selected subscription plan, including applicable taxes. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by COACHIEZ or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the Platform’s content or features is strictly prohibited.

7. Coaching Sessions and User Privacy

COACHIEZ provides an AI-driven coaching platform designed to facilitate personal coaching sessions. All sessions are encrypted using advanced cryptographic methods to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Only you, the user, have access to your session history and data. COACHIEZ and its team do not have access to, nor do we store, the content of your coaching sessions.

You acknowledge that COACHIEZ uses secure encryption protocols to safeguard session data, and you agree not to attempt to bypass these measures. Any attempts to do so may result in the termination of your access to the Platform.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance the functionality of our Platform and improve user experience. The types of cookies we use include:
